• As facilitators with 40 plus years in training and development we have experienced the need for continual organisational learning. In particular, a need for up skilling the workplace trainer in their delivery skills.
• As parents ourselves in the workforce we understand the difficulties faced with returning to work.
• As members of our communities, we see the need for engaging our more experienced people to bring their value back to life.
